Yeung's Barbeque Chicken

6 to 8 pieces of chicken thigh or breast (1 to 1 1/2 lbs.)
1 bottle of Yeung's Original or Spicy Sauce
Cut chicken pieces into thin slices and trim excess fat. Rinse and pat
dry chicken. In a large bowl, lightly marinate chicken using 1/3 bottle
of Yeung's BBQ sauce. Cover and refridgerate until ready to use. (Best
when marinated overnight.) Spray skillet or saute pan with cooking spray.
Over medium to high heat, place chicken on pan. Turn chicken after 2 to
3 minutes. Depending on the thickness of chicken pieces, total cooking
time ranges from 10 to 12 minutes. Baste remaining sauce on both sides
of chicken until fully cooked through. Serve whole or cut into smaller
pieces. Enjoy!
Yeung's marinated barbeque chicken works great on outdoor grills as well.
